We have TDY rentals for families, groups, or individuals. If we don't have availability, we may know someone else who does.
TDY Family Rentals
TDY Family rentals are for families where you are able to rent the whole house with cookware, washer/dryer, etc in unit. Includes cable, internet, and utilities (but no maid service while you are there). Please call for pricing.
Flex Pads
Flex pads are for groups of two or more students that know each other. You don't have to share a house with a stranger. Pricing is same as billeting for two or more sharing and includes monthly maid service.
Traditional Crash Pads
Traditional crash pads usually offer more upscale furniture and amenities (sharing house 2 other students). Comet offers maid service every two weeks along with other freebies like off base gym memberships and some incidentals like (non-alcoholic) beverage cooler.
